Not-for-profit community groups are essential to the success of the Black Ships Festival's Cultural Marketplace Fair for a number of reasons. First, your organization provides a valuable service to our community offering a wide range of programs and services that benefit people of all ages and backgrounds.

Second, we hope you’ll help to promote the festival and attract visitors. When people see that their favorite community groups are participating in the fair, they're more likely to come out and support it. Third, you’ll help to raise awareness of the festival's mission. The fair is about celebrating the diversity of our community and promoting cross-cultural understanding. It’s about respecting the earth and each other. By participating in the fair, community groups help to spread the word about these important goals.

Once the JASRI Executive committee reviews your application we’ll get back to you within three business days. If accepted Everett Hoag, our festival co-director will contact you with details and answer all questions. Fee may be waived for Not-for-profit organizations accepted at the discretion of the JASRI Executive committee.
