Creatives and local artisans from across New England are invited to promote their own creations to the locals and visitors to Rhode Island at JASRI's 42nd Annual Black Ships Festival… where creativity and community come together. Our goal is to forge new and lasting connections by inspiring cultural curiosity. The entire community is invited to attend and admission is free!
Vendors and Food Trucks Please fill out the application below. Once the JASRI Executive committee reviews your application we’ll get back to you within three business days.
Not-for-profit community groups are essential to the success of the Black Ships Festival's Cultural Marketplace Fair for a number of reasons. First, your organization provides a valuable service to our community offering a wide range of programs and services that benefit people of all ages and backgrounds.

Second, we hope you’ll help to promote the festival and attract visitors. When people see that their favorite community groups are participating in the fair, they're more likely to come out and support it. Third, you’ll help to raise awareness of the festival's mission. The fair is about celebrating the diversity of our community and promoting cross-cultural understanding. It’s about respecting the earth and each other. By participating in the fair, community groups help to spread the word about these important goals.
Once the JASRI Executive committee reviews your application we’ll get back to you within three business days. Fee may be waived for Not-for-profit organizations accepted at the discretion of the JASRI Executive committee.
